LPC Latina was present at the Public Fishing Terminals concession auction, which took place this Friday (11) at B3 S.A. The event was organized by the Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (SAP/MAPA), the Special Secretariat of the Investment Partnership Program of the Ministry of Economy (SEPPI/ME) and the Ministry of Infrastructure.
In order to select the most advantageous proposal, the auctioned terminals are located in the cities of Vitória, capital of Espírito Santo, Belém, capital of Pará, and Manaus, capital of Amazonas, and were offered individually.
The responsible and efficient management of the terminals, in addition to increasing productivity, will be able to reduce fish waste and promote sustainable and balanced activity during the 20 years of the concession, with an estimated investment of R$370 million to improve infrastructure and services. for fishermen.
In partnership with CPEA, Terrafirma Consultoria and Moysés & Pires, LPC Latina jointly prepared a feasibility study with the partners to assist in the modeling of this concession, in view of the revitalization, modernization, operation, maintenance and management of these terminals.
