Aligned with the market innovations to ensure maximum efficiency and the best result for its clients, LPC Latin already has BIM (Building Information Modeling), or, Construction Information Modeling, in Portuguese. This is the newest methodology applied in the engineering segment to demonstrate the entire life cycle of a project or a construction, including the building processes and the installation phases.

In practice, BIM uses 3D models, which are more explanatory, easy to assimilate and realistic, and seeks to synchronize all the parts of the planning of a construction, gathering data produced by the professionals involved in the process, between plans of hydraulics, electric, landscaping , purchases, budgets and schedules. The technique provides the detailed information of the project and enables the development of more assertive and integrated solutions. Several professionals can work simultaneously on the same project, modifying data and checking for updates in real time.

In addition, interference can be detected, making the document review process simpler and more reliable. LPC Latina has already put into practice the new concept in projects such as Vale’s TIPLAM fund and the Rumo fund in Rondonópolis.
