Through the Integrated Management System (SGI), which allows for continuous improvement of quality, with the standardization of business processes, environmental performance and occupational safety and health, the company ensures compliance with internationally recognized standards. • ISO9001 – Quality Management System- 91% of marks Excellent in the Satisfaction Survey with its customers;- 9% Good grades;- All customers surveyed would recommend Latina services to others.

• ISO14001 – Environment Management System- 70% reduction in the use of paper;- Control of water consumption according to the UN recommendation – 38 liters of water (while Brazilian consumption is around 45 liters), 25 liters being the amount indicated for use at work, a number reached by LPC Latina.
