In 2010, Vale contracted to develop the basic project of TIPLAM – Port Integrator Terminal Luiz Antonio Mesquita, currently operated by VLI. We elaborate the complete basic design, geotechnics, civil works, mechanical equipment and electrical installations.

As early as 2015/16, we were responsible for the Executive Project of the on-shore civil works of the Terminal, such as the landfill on soft ground, railway mill (this project won the best foundation work award of 2016), fertilizer warehouse, sulfur, drainage, and other structures.
