Consolidated nationally and recognized throughout America as one of the main events in the area, the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation – ciKi 2017, had its 7th edition held in September in Foz do Iguaçu.

Seeking to promote the conceptual, methodological and practical development of Knowledge Management, Intellectual Capital and Innovation Management, the theme was: Knowledge and innovation: energy for development.

José Roberto Nicoletti, partner of LPC Latina, is the author of the book Operational Innovation: understand how innovative attitudes applied in industrial processes can add value and leverage the competitiveness of your company and had his work cited in one of the works exhibited during the event.

He believes that the book has been selected as a theoretical basis because of the current relevance of the theme and for enabling the reader to apply the concepts of knowledge and innovation from the point of view of social responsibility. “We, from LPC Latina, worship values that come with operational innovation, such as responsibility for perpetuity of business, knowledge sharing, and valued and tuned professionals,” he says.
